If you encounter any issues with AI interview assistant, please take a photo or record a video with your phone and send the details along with the reason for your refund request to our customer support email at support@linkjob.ai. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.

Note: We offer money back guarantee on first-time purchases of Quarterly and Yearly Plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Renewals and plan upgrades are also non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of misuse or Terms of Service violations.
